These terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which already governs your use of Tendl. Read on for the parts specific to this app.
Your use of Tendl is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple's "Standard EULA"), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. That agreement already covers warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and general usage terms. These Terms of Service only address a few things specific to Tendl that Apple's general terms don't cover. Where these terms and Apple's Standard EULA both address the same subject, these terms control for that subject only.
Tendl Plus is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time "Lifetime" purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed entirely through your Apple Account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device). Payment is charged through your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal. Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's own refund policies — Tendl's developer does not process refunds directly.
A one-time "Lifetime" purchase grants permanent access to Tendl Plus features as they exist at the time of purchase, with no recurring charge. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Tendl application — it is not a guarantee of perpetual availability, maintenance, updates, or support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, and we do not guarantee that Tendl will remain compatible with future versions of iOS, future devices, or other changes to third-party platforms beyond our control. If the app is discontinued, "Lifetime" access ends with it, and no refund or compensation will be owed for any unused portion of such access.
If you add a custom photo to a habit, that photo remains your property, and you're responsible for making sure you have the right to use it. Custom photos are stored locally on your device and, if you're a Plus subscriber using iCloud Backup, in your own iCloud account — see our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of Tendl after a change means you accept the updated terms.
